Data Deletion Instructions

SNKOO BEAUTY respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, including information we received through our website, our Facebook Page or our Instagram account.

What data we may hold
– Details you send us through our website: inquiry forms, orders, account registration or comments (for example your name, email address, phone number, company and shipping address).
– Messages and comments you send to our Facebook Page or Instagram account.
– Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and spam prevention.

We do not use Facebook Login on our website, and our Facebook app is used only to manage our own business Page (publishing posts and reading their performance). It does not collect data from your personal Facebook account.

How to request deletion
Email us at [[email protected]] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
1. Your full name.
2. The email address or phone number you used with us, or your Facebook / Instagram profile name if your request concerns messages or comments sent to our Page.
3. A short description of what you would like deleted (for example “all my data” or “my inquiry from March 2026”).

What happens next
– We will confirm that we received your request within 3 business days.
– We will delete the data within 30 days and email you when it is done.
– We may need to keep certain records where the law requires it (for example invoices and tax records). If so, we will tell you what we kept and why.

Removing comments yourself
You can also delete any comment you left on our Facebook Page or Instagram posts at any time, directly in the Facebook or Instagram app.
